Deluxe Planet is one of the largest and most popular template websites on the Internet. They have a library of over 10000 templates and add over 300 per month. Templates are delivered both as unflattened PSD files and fully coded Valid HTML 4.01 Transitional templates.
They also sell Flash templates, logo templates, and they offer a variety of other services. Payment is by credit card, paypal and templates are delivered almost immediately.
